UDA Party Releases Dates and Counties to Take Part in Next Grassroots Elections

The ruling United Democratic Alliance (UDA) has officially released the schedule for its Phase II grassroots elections, set to take place on April 11th and 12th, 2025. The National Election Board (NEB) of UDA issued the notice, listing counties that will participate in the crucial polling center-level elections.

According to the notice, counties conducting elections on April 11, 2025, include:

  1. Kitui
  2. Machakos
  3. Makueni
  4. Kajiado
  5. Turkana
  6. Kisii
  7. Nyamira
  8. Bungoma
  9. Migori
  10. Siaya
  11. Kisumu

On April 12, 2025, elections will take place in the following counties:

  1. Garissa
  2. Wajir
  3. Mandera
  4. Marsabit
  5. Isiolo
  6. Taita Taveta
  7. Kwale
  8. Mombasa
  9. Kilifi
  10. Lamu
  11. Tana River

In a statement, UDA’s National Election Board Chairman, Anthony Mwaura, confirmed that registration for all aspirants and participants is currently open and ongoing.

This development marks another step in the party’s grassroots mobilization strategy, reinforcing its commitment to democratic participation across the country.
