Single-standing houses attract higher rental costs. A one-bedroom bungalow averages Ksh13,000, while a two-bedroom bungalow costs Ksh18,000. The average rent for a three-bedroom bungalow is Ksh65,000.
Townhouses
Three-bedroom townhouses in Nairobi command an average monthly rent of Ksh70,000, underscoring their premium status in the housing market.
