In a historic event for African aviation, Ethiopian Airlines announced the arrival of the continent’s first Airbus A350-1000 on November 5, 2024.
The aircraft, which boasts state-of-the-art technology and environmental efficiency, landed at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport to a warm welcome from dignitaries, industry leaders, and aviation enthusiasts.
“Kilimanjaro extends a warm and colourful welcome to Africa’s first Airbus A350-1000!” Ethiopian airline noted on X.
