Kanye West’s X account has been deactivated after days of antisemitic, misogynistic and racist rants … and it came after Elon Musk labeled Ye’s account “NSFW” in response to the rapper posting too much porn.
Elon’s Sunday response came after a concerned X user advocated for Kanye to be banned from the platform — not because of Ye’s comments, but for repeatedly posting porn, which was showing up on X whether people wanted to see it or not.
Musk replied … “Given what he has posted, his account is now classified as NSFW. You should not be seeing that anymore.” Shortly afterward, Kanye appeared to deactivate his X account himself.
Ye announced he was “logging off” and thanked Musk for letting him vent … and the account then disappeared. He had described his disturbing rant as being “very cathartic,” saying he had been using the world as a “sounding board.” Ye compared the experience to “an Ayahuasca trip.”
Moments before quitting the platform — or being forced to quit it — the “Vultures” rapper took aim at Taylor Swift as the singer attended the Super Bowl 2025 to cheer on her boyfriend Travis Kelce.
Throughout the matchup, the 14-time Grammy winner appeared on the Jumbotron — and was even booed by Eagles fans during one now-viral moment.

West, who has been taking aim at the “Cruel Summer” singer for years, took to X during Kendrick Lamar’s halftime show, writing, “IF ITS ABOUT THE CULTURE … WHY ARE WE LETTING TAYLOR SWIFT BE SEEN ON TV SINGING A SONG ABOUT TAKING A BLACK MAN DOWN AND ACCUSING OF THINGS THAT CAN TAKE A BLACK MAN DOWN FOR LIFE.”
The rapper — who shares four children with ex-wife Kim Kardashian — went on to drag Lamar and the showbiz world, adding, “KENDRICK IS BEING USED BY THESE WHITE PEOPLE AND JEWS AND SO AM I.”
“AS I TWEET IN CODE WORDS AD KISS ELONS ASS AND BEG HIM TO NOT CANCEL MY ACCOUNT,” he went on, adding that he was desperate to maintain his troublesome social media presence.

The rapper’s account has now been wiped clear of any past tweets and simply reads, “This account doesn’t exist.”
In the lead-up to West’s departure from the platform, the “Jesus Walks” rapper kicked off his short-lived return to the spotlight by pulling a shocking stunt at the Grammys red carpet alongside wife Bianca Censori.
The duo made headlines after Censori, 30, took off her fur coat in front of a sea of cameras to reveal a sheer, barely-there minidress without a bra or underwear.

Later that day, West revealed in an interview that he was diagnosed with autism after initially receiving an incorrect diagnosis for bipolar disorder. He also revealed that he stopped taking his bipolar disorder medication.
Hours later, West took to X to unleash a nonstop rant during which he voiced his support for Sean “Diddy” Combs and Chris Brown — both of whom have faced sexual abuse allegations as the former currently remains incarcerated.
West’s posts on the platform grew increasingly vulgar and disturbing, as he admitted to having “dominion” over his wife and praised Adolf Hitler, writing: “Hitler was sooooo fresh.”
“I’m racist stereotypes exist for a reason and they all be true,” he wrote in the since-deleted tweets. “Some of my best friends are Jewish and I don’t trust any of them.”
“I’m a Nazi,” he went on, adding, “I love Hitler.” He then withdrew his apology to the Jewish community for past antisemitic comments before unleashing a slew of new ones aimed at the community.
