Nairobi – Two more youths critical of President William Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza administration have been found alive.

On Monday, January 6, Citizen Digital reported that Rony Kiplangat and Bernard Kavuli had been reunited with their families after spending weeks in the hands of abductors. Kavuli, who was abducted by armed men in Ngong town, was found in Kitale, Trans Nzoia County, while Kiplangat was located in Machakos County.

However, the whereabouts of popular cartoonist Kibet Bull, who is Rony Kiplangat’s brother, remain unknown. The family revealed that they have only been in contact with Kiplangat, who went missing days before the cartoonist was abducted.

As of the time of publishing, another youth, Steve Mbisi, who was also reported missing, has yet to be found.

The wave of abductions has raised public concern, with families and civil society groups calling for swift investigations and accountability.
