1. Senior Manager, Information Risk
This role primarily focuses on cybersecurity analysis and risk management within the bank’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Group Cyber Security team in implementation projects, ensuring applications and system changes comply with security protocols before deployment.
- Develop and enforce software security policies, secure coding practices, and industry-standard guidelines for the bank.
- Conduct training sessions on secure coding, software security, and application security for developers and IT personnel.
- Identify, integrate, and maintain security testing tools for application safety.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, Security+, or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in security testing like CSSLP, CEH, OSCP, GPEN, or similar.
- At least three years’ experience, including one year in Information Security and one year in Application Security within a project environment.
2. Senior Brand Manager, Digital Campaign
This position involves managing digital marketing campaigns to align with KCB’s overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting key customer segments such as youth, women, MSMEs, and mass markets.
- Oversee lead generation, working with customer service teams and sales departments to enhance conversion rates.
- Manage media planning, placements, and purchases across digital channels to maximize cost efficiency and brand exposure.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Additional qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Insurance or a master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- At least five years’ experience in marketing campaigns and four years in digital media buying.
3. Head, Marketing – Business Functions
This leadership role is focused on guiding marketing strategies across different business divisions within the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction for the marketing department, ensuring alignment with KCB’s overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with both local and international subsidiaries to establish a Group Center of Excellence for marketing strategy development and execution.
- Strengthen the bank’s brand presence across different markets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Marketing), Business Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications and a master’s degree are desirable.
- At least 12 years’ experience in brand management, marketing campaigns, and agency collaboration.
4. Sahl Banker (Islamic Banking)
This position is tailored for professionals in Islamic banking services, focusing on customer relations and financial product management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Expand and manage the Sahl Islamic Banking customer base.
- Achieve financial targets related to assets and liabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:
- A university degree from a recognized institution.
